Allow about an hour for this one! Class includes: the 8 count, check-hook pad drill, working the line and the radius, fluidity, setting up a body shot and much more!
We have had several requests regarding the presentation of forms. Understandably, for some people it is quite difficult to follow on with forms when the person leading is facing you, so we’ve flipped the image so that you can follow on as if you are looking in a mirror.

Set aside an hour, warm up with a good stretch and get stuck into this class. Livestreamed on Wednesday morning 1st April, this class starts with forms, moves on to kicking flow drills, solo chi sau training and finishes off with a Tabata.
