Here’s today’s workout and technical, keep training!
Mat chat: Small Victories; Home Workout: Animal Drills, Kettle Bell Swings and alternative to KB if you don’t have one; and new Daily Technical: Blue-Brown: Defence Against Straight and Round Punch
Similar to the last workout of the week, variations being highstep on the plyo box and mountain climbers. Workout is: Highsteps on plyo box x 5 on right 5 on left; 30 x mountain climbers; 10 x kettlebell swings, 50 x high knee skips. 5-10 times through approx 20-40 min workout.
You need very little space with this one and minimum equipment: something sturdy to step up on to, a weight plate or prop of similar size, a kettle bell or dumbbell and a skipping rope.
If you’re new to training start with the 20 minute option and work up to 40 mins.
