Similar to the last workout of the week, variations being highstep on the plyo box and mountain climbers. Workout is: Highsteps on plyo box x 5 on right 5 on left; 30 x mountain climbers; 10 x kettlebell swings, 50 x high knee skips. 5-10 times through approx 20-40 min workout.

You need very little space with this one and minimum equipment: something sturdy to step up on to, a weight plate or prop of similar size, a kettle bell or dumbbell and a skipping rope.
If you’re new to training start with the 20 minute option and work up to 40 mins.
This week it’s all neck attacks! Attacking the neck is a very important skill to understand and integrate into your standup game, your clinch game and your grappling game.
